As HR covers generalist and specialist functions, a few different study options are available whether you are at school, just out of school, at university or changing career paths.
Not only are there university, private/industry-based and TAFE courses, there is also other options for moving into HR, such as sideways from other divisions in a business.
HR qualifications increase your chances of getting a HR job. If you want to pursue a generalist HR career, a good start is to complete a university degree that has majors in human resource management. Once you’ve graduated, you can seek out generalist entry-level HR roles.
