This program is grounded in a firm tradition of preparing graduates to advocate for and implement environmental action for long-term benefits. Students study politics, culture, economics, social trends and ecology in order to design and test more effective environmental policies and management strategies. Students tackle real-world projects to develop practical solutions to issues such as climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution management. Graduates develop skills in practical communication, problem-solving and research that prepares them for professional environmental and sustainability careers in government, consulting firms, environmental and community organisations, and a range of corporate businesses.
