The good thingsThis is the default IT engineer title for large banks. Maximum WLB and very low workload with plenty of people and time. Pay is soso however and the job might be a bit mundane due to many red tapes.
The challengesWork life balance is really good. They were even giving one day per week WFH pre covid.
