Being a mechanic is the most under payed trade and your qualification does not help much for any future rolls. There is plenty of work available if your happy to do the same job forever, but there is no room for growth.

The challengesNon-team players, as workshop is large,the team is large it only takes one persons bad mood to bring down morale. Thinking about the job before you start makes life easier.
