What's it like to be a Registered Psychologist?
Registered Psychologists provide therapy and counselling to individuals, helping them manage and overcome mental health and emotional challenges. They commonly work in settings such as hospitals, private practices, schools and community health centres. Their responsibilities include assessing clients' psychological needs, developing treatment plans and conducting talk therapy sessions. Registered Psychologists may also conduct research, provide training and work within multidisciplinary teams.

- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions.
- Conducting research and staying updated on psychological practices.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
