Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems

Develop your electrical skill set with this advanced course. Develop the practical skills and knowledge required to become a split air-conditioning and heat pump installer. In this course you will learn how to quote, install, and design reverse cycle air conditioning units. You will also develop skills in positioning, assembling and starting up single-head split air-conditioning units and systems to a prescribed routine. Our industry experienced teachers will give you all the support and one-on-one guidance you need to succeed. Upon successful completion of this course you can apply for the licence required to install and decommission single-head split system air-conditioners (up to 18 kilowatts) and become a split air-conditioning and heat pump installer.
