The work you do is to help relieve workload off a usually higher qualified team member, so they are usually always thankful to have you! You are making peoples lives easier for them

The challenges

Managing different expectations of each team member you are assisting - you are there to assist all of those team members so communication and prioritising is key to ensure no deadlines are missed
