Human Resources Administrator are responsible for the administrative tasks of managing staff engagement. This includes employment, compensation, employee relations, work conditions, corporate wellbeing and union negotiations. As a Human Resources Administrator you’ll assist the Human Resources Manager and the wider HR team.
How to become a Human Resources Administrator
Qualifications are not essential to work as a Human Resource Administrator, but they may be an advantage.
- 1.Gain a foundation in human resources with a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management (BSB40420). This qualification will develop your understanding of the industry and provide you with the skills to carry out HR Administrator functions.
- 2.If you’re looking to continue your education, complete a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management. This course will prepare you for more senior or leadership roles.
