Honestly, I’m starting to feel like I’m going crazy. I’ve been actively job hunting, applying everywhere, big venues, small businesses, anything in hospitality. Cairns. Over 10 years of experience, I speak three languages, I know how this industry works… and yet, nothing. Not even a reply. Not even a “no”. What’s going on right now? I really need a job. I’ve been applying on SEEK for years now, putting in effort and time, but I rarely get any responses back. It’s honestly frustrating and discouraging because I’m willing to work, learn, and show up every day. All I need is an opportunity to prove myself.
