- Building up a function with requirements, plans, key skills and data integrity.
- Analysing and manipulating data used to ensure an efficient workforce.
- Creating road map reports including timelines and deliverables.
- Managing stakeholders.
How to become a Workforce Analyst
To become a Workforce Analyst you typically need to complete a bachelor degree in human resources or analytics. A good understanding of analytical software may be beneficial.
- 1.Complete a bachelor degree in human resources or another related discipline, such as data analytics or business analytics.
- 2.Consider undertaking a postgraduate course in analytics. The ability to translate data into business insights is useful in this profession.
- 3.Gain experience working in a project-orientated environment.
