    THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED. THEY MICROMANAGE, PLAY FAVOURITES AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOHT YOU

    The challengesEVERYTHING!!! A&G is the worst place I have ever worked. Managers act like you don't exist. Team Leaders are only there to belittle you and make you feel small (unless you are a family/friend or 'chosen one') then they treat you like dirt. They micromanage and spend all their time telling you what you could do better and be in meetings when they should be leading you. My mental health was the lowest it's ever been and they just used that against me. A&G do not care about you. They only care if they can make you feel terrible about yourself and they withhold training and make up lies to cover their own mistakes. They take zero accountability. Please save yourself and don't work there. I know so many people that feel the same way I do.
