The people were very kind and approachable, which made the experience-overall satisfying.
The good thingsThe people were very nice.
The challengesThere isn’t enough time allocated for proper training. We’re expected to take notes faster than is realistically possible, and then rework those notes multiple times just to try to make sense of them. Unfortunately, because everything is delivered so quickly, the notes often end up unclear and difficult to interpret. My suggestion would be to record all instructions and communications, as information is usually only explained once.
