The good thingsEnjoyed nothing, honestly.
The challengesGetting a shift is next to impossible here. They have over 400 staff, you can't get a shift unless you're glued to your phone all the time. Too intense competition among the staff.
Many shifts are given to their favourite staff directly without publishing on the app (many old workers told me that). The one's nobody wants go on app.
Some schedulers become really angry if you try cancelling a shift you accepted. But they cancel your shifts all the time on the excuse that client cancelled it.
Imagine after spending hours on your app, you manage to pick a shift you're going to do tomorrow. Now you can't see any shift for that duration. You also refuse other work opportunities because you're committed here. Then just before 3 hours of the shift start time, you get a notification that says it has been cancelled. You call and they say client doesn't need you anymore.
Even then, they keep hiring carers and support workers non stop, don't understand why there's not enough work available!
