    Overall, work culture, environment and management are poor and very unsatisfactory.
    The good thingsFlexibility to some extent. Opportunity to work from home.
    The challengesThe company has a very high staff turnover. The role is desk based and does not advance your clinical skills. Management fosters a culture of promoting and advancing staff who have less experience than those who have been in the company for longer. HR is very unsupportive. They also micro-manage consultants.
