A highly toxic and poorly managed workplace.
The good thingsLiterally nothing good about this place.
The challengesThe worst workplace I have ever worked at. Avoid working for this place at all costs. The management is very incompetent but also very controlling. They have enabled an unprofessional conduct to flourish. Senior practitioners and manager seem very insecure about their skills, and therefore try hard to maintain the status quo of power dynamics When issues about their misconduct were raised, they circulated false information to protect their wrongdoing. It is very sad to see these people being part of the justice system, as the only thing they seem to do is perpetuate injustice towards fellow workers.

    Poor management and terrible culture
The good thingsReasonable pay and office location
The challengesManagement and culture: politics comes first, lower level employees' mental wellbeing comes last. Poor culture is allowed to be perpetuated by people at the top and a blind eye being turned by those in HR and incompetent management.

Overall, not a place I would like to ever return to.
The good thingsSome kind people with a genuine passion.
The challengesPoor competence, across leadership specifically, but more broadly also. Poor organisational strategy and direction. Poor collaboration across corporate and jurisdictions. Highly political and overall uninspiring.
