    The good thingsMost staff are at least 4 days wfh. In my view this is the only perk of the job.
    The challengesVery minimal training, lack of feedback from Team Leaders, low salary and superior air from non contract staff.

    Overall not a great experienc I would not recommend working at Covermore Brisbane.
    The good thingsThe colleagues. Great people are employed in claims and customer service roles
    The challengesManagement give no real direction, no support, no recognition for achievements, no opportunities for advancement. In almost 2 years working at Cm brisbane I felt very much on my own and isolated. In the last 12 months change in leadership made it difficult and advancement due to favouritism within the management team. If you are not part of the cool kids click you won't get anywhere in the company.

    There's really not much to say about the company Cover-Work has become after the mass exodus of talent at all levels.
    The good thingsCover-Work taught me the importance of generating shareholder value and switching tabs in MS teams.
    The challengesThe company, and in particular claims department is abysmally run after changing leadership several times. CM is unable to provide the relevant technological infrastructure to underpin the basic day to day tasks required.
