Poor upper management who care way too much about what is on the outside.
The good thingsGreat ambience, they really focus on looking good from the outside.
The challengesHarmony looks good on the outside but they're a new company who seem to be run by people who have 0 childcare experience. Everyone is way too busy trying to look good and cares about materialistic rubbish. They spend way too much on their Christmas parties instead of paying their staff well or as incentives. Their centre managers are forever leaving or being fired because the portfolio managers have no idea what they're doing.

Strong focus on image and profit with little support for staff from management.
The good thingsThe area is nice where it is located.
The challengesStressful workplace with ongoing staffing shortages, limited activities, and no support from management and area managers, alongside educational leadership that provides little guidance, creates high pressure, and adds to a toxic environment and high staff turnover.

You're not a number at Harmony, everyone's valued.
The good thingsI love working for Harmony, I've worked for different centres across the company and all have been wonderful. I've recommended friends and families to come to Harmony with some challenges sure but that's everywhere. The difference being at Harmony, you're seen as a person by everyone not a number. From the Owners of the company through to the Area Managers and Centre Directors, every one knows who you are and remembers you, it makes a difference when you feel heard and seen.
The challengesChallenges like any place have been with the troubles in the industry with the mad people making the rest of us look bad. Harmony have made it feel really safe and open to share though when we're feeling the pressures of these challanges..
