The good thingsFriendships with some lovely people. Work-life balance
The challengesPay is woeful. Salary increases in EBA inadequate. Nepotism, micro-managing and jobs for mates is rife. Brown nose and you'll go a long way. If not, you can guarantee you will be overlooked, ignored and made uncomfortable until you leave.

Ruined working in healthcare for me. There is no support for staff members, they care more about their stats and reaching quotas.
The good thingsNothing, literally nothing. Did not get trained, manager more concerned about reaching their stats each month rather than taking into accound the staff members wellbeing. NO OHS measures put into place as well. I had inquired about that.
The challengesManagement! Terrible management, they expect staff to go above and beyond but fail to ensure their staff are taken cared of.
