    The challengesLimited mentorship and guidance due to my manager working a flexible roster and being frequently unavailable. My skills were underutilised, with a significant portion of my time spent on tasks such as manual pest removal, rather than environmental analysis and reporting.

    Mining process control, i do my best and i have been recognised for that. I have a stammer though. Not a big deal until i get pressured, not electrically, i am fine with that. But if get hammered to do a job with no resources, i get nervous.
    The good thingsLots of varied experience, not workshop based.
    The challengesBHP. No challenges. Just do your job. Magellan metals, run a shift with up to 4 electricians that didn't seem to have a clue. No work planning ability, no fault finding skill.
