The challengesThe Culture, and the different rules for different coworkers made it all so confusing.
I did not find it a welcoming environment and I was never introduced or informed about who to go to higher up if I had an issue or who was who in the company outside of my manager.
I was always told I was supported and in a supportive environment but when I actually required that support it was not given or made available. I was simply told to go research the contact numbers to speak to someone.
