Really depends what department you work in how your experience is going to be!
The good thingsThe people are great and the workload is quite manageable in administrative positions. The salary is excellent for the level of work effort required.
The challengesEvery department is very siloed and it is very difficult to know what to expect from one manager or one department to the next. Some areas are excellent, and some are extremely toxic.
