A good cause to work for, but with very poor management
The good thingsThere were a lot of good people that worked here, and there was good work life balance.
The challengesThe Senior Executive Team did not seem to understand what was happening on the ground, and did not value or respect their staff. Feedback to senior managers was never taken on board or addressed. Very high turnover.

Would recommend to anyone wanting a fast-paced, high-performing, supportive culture.
The good things* Great focus on employee wellbeing, flexibility and work/life balance * A very approachable, transparent executive team * Professional development opportunities * Supportive, fun, kind culture - everyone is amazing!
The challenges* Being so passionate about the cause means there's always more that can be done. This leads to high workloads, fast-paced work which a lot of people thrive in, but needs to be managed carefully. * Being a NFP, budget and resources are limited

A really rewarding place to work!
The good thingsWorking with a fantastic team while also making a difference everyday is really rewarding. Everyone is genuine and dedicated to their work! They also encourage you to maintain a work/life balance and have hybrid working and flexibility policies to back this up which is great.
The challengesIt's fast paced and there is always a lot going on but I personally find this motivating.
