The worst experience of my career.
The good thingsThis was not enjoyable at all.
The challengesEverything could be improved. The management is terrible. The culture is awful. Provision for staff development is non existent. The expectations are unrealistic. The salary is way too low. The beaurocracy is dysfunctional.
