What’s it like working at Sportsbet?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Sportsbet generally appreciate the great culture, fantastic team members, and friendly work environment, with opportunities to watch sports while working. They also value the benefits such as good salaries, bonuses, flexible working arrangements, and additional leave, as well as the availability of career development programs.

However, there are some potential challenges, including concerns about work-life balance due to long hours, weekend work, and limited leave availability. Some employees raised issues with management, such as favouritism, lack of support, and unrealistic expectations. Additionally, a high workload and fast-paced work environment can be demanding, with pressure to meet targets. A few reviewers felt that career progression could be challenging, with limited opportunities for advancement or a 'closed shop' culture.

Looks good on the surface but you peel a few layers and the toxicity is very evident
The good thingsRelaxed and fun environment with no formal dress code
The challengesI agree with other comments on leadership team picking and choosing their favorites for promotion and year end performance reviews. On the surface it looks like a fun work environment but if you peel the top layers the GMs are toxic.
