    Don't waste your time !
The good thingsThe work was varied and interesting
The challengesZero feedback, poor pay - a 3 minute survey usually takes 5, very inconsistent volume, poorly written trainings that don't cover most scenarios in actual rating. Technical errors, and constant threats in generic mails to all as in "you will be terminated from the program !" I eventually was without a single feedback on what I was doing wrong and little courtesy in the mail. They hire cheaper staff in Phillipines and rotate raters and these ads seem just a show - Don't waste your time !

Frustrating, inconsistent, and not worth the amount of unpaid reading required.
The good thingsFully online with the ability to work any days/times.
The challengesToo much unpaid reading of poorly written documentation (repetitive, inconsistent, incomplete, illogical, poor examples, not reflective of live process flow). Hours of reading to pass the exam, which was difficult and frustrating, but not impossible. Once in the program, there are lots of different types of interesting tasks, but each have new instructions to read (sometimes only a few paragraphs, but most between 20 and 80 pages) before you can even commence the paid task. No individual feedback or ability to query confusing questions. Frequently a low volume of work, so while you can work whenever you choose, there is not always work available when you are. Sometimes I was able to work for several hours at a time, other times there were only a few tasks available, and a lot of the time there was nothing at all. Despite my high quality work rating, after a few months of only being able to get a few hours of work, I was removed from the program for MY low volume of work!

    Disappointing career opportunities
The good thingsFlexibility for remote working and potentially work life balance.
The challengesAfter trying 3 times to complete the entry level exam there is no, to little chance of passing as there is no opportunity to learn where you failed the exam. For me this sets career expectation for failure. I did reach out to learn where I went wrong but was told this is not allowed.
