Staff members are friendly, helpful and supportive, creating strong team dynamics and a pleasant work environment. The work/life balance is excellent, with flexibility and job security being key benefits. The workplace has good systems in place, including precedent documents and organised processes.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as management needing to provide more support and demonstrate stronger leadership in certain situations. Such a good place to work, meaning that no one leaves.
The good thingsGreat and friendly staff. The work life balance is second to none. The areas which you work are amazing. It really is a nice area to work in.
The challengesLack of career development opportunities. Even though at times we were under the pump overall the work load is reasonable. If I didn't have career aspirations I would have stayed. But since the place is so good no one leaves.
