No ethics. If you don’t fit, you’re targeted; speak out and they’ll try to destroy you. Run!
The good thingsNothing! There is nothing good about them.
The challengesEthical leadership, Fair process, no retaliation, transparent disclosure, accountability.

Worse place I've ever worked, got out as soon as I could and will never work for QPS ever again
The good thingsSome of the people I occasionally worked for were nice
The challengesManagement was abysmal, tight knit groups who were super gossipy, backstabbing happened quite a bit in upper management, lack of work to do and a lack of WFH options at all

Disorganised but “that the way we have always done it” so they won’t ever change.
The good thingsThe nature of the work
The challengesPoor Management, poor communication, poor planning, no idea about producing targeted training programs due to lack of application of course design principles. If you’re a staff member, expect to be treated with disrespect, lack of recognition, and left out of relevant conversations due to perceived biases. Nepotism is rife in units that have no accountability over the ‘family’.
